I first started working at Wearparts in 2020 taking the open role as a paint tech, with the main goal of escaping my previous employment. Within a couple of months, I grew to really enjoy the environment and likeminded coworkers. I have always believed that with hard work and determination comes personal satisfaction. In some occupations it is hard to find, but at Wearparts I not only found enjoyment in my work but also the urge to learn more. They offered to teach me new trades, where I developed skills and found myself excelling in multiple areas. With the confidence instilled in me by management, I was able to work my way from paint tech to supervisor. With their help I have realized my potential, and found a company I can grow with who cares about not only myself but my family as well. I am proud to be a Wearparts employee.

As a Freight Coordinator at Wearparts Tillage Tools, I’ve had the pleasure of working with an amazing team that’s dedicated to ensuring every shipment is on time and efficient. My role allows me to collaborate closely with different departments and logistics partners, which keeps things exciting and dynamic. The company’s commitment to excellence in both product and service means I’m constantly problem-solving and fine-tuning our shipping processes to meet customer needs. What I love most is the supportive environment — leadership truly listens to and values my input, making me feel like an integral part of the company’s success. The environment is very friendly and family-oriented, and everyone is great to work with. Everyone is super helpful when needing assistance, and the atmosphere is welcoming.

The people are respectful towards each other and customers that we speak with and see when they come into the building.

The communication between leads is good and improving all the time. I feel we all have a great place to work.

I enjoy the busy days at work, and it is one of those places where you don’t dread coming to work like I have at other jobs. I have not been stressed out in the 2 ½ years that I have been employed with Wearparts.

I came to Wearparts from a large corporate setting where I was just a number, and no one knew my name. Transitioning to a small, family-owned business like Wearparts was extremely refreshing.
