In-house Capabilities
Cold Metal Transfer (CMT) hardfacing is a cold welding process that enables us to add extra material to the leading edge of ground-engaging components for additional durability and a longer wear life.
A retracting electrode prevents excess heat transfer to the base metal, reducing the risk of contamination and weakness. We offer custom hardfacing on many Wearparts components including sweeps, peanut blades and fertilizer knives.
Plasma cutting uses a jet of pressurized, super-heated gas to cut through metal with extreme precision.
We have plasma cutting tables in our Nebraska and Georgia locations, enabling us to cut disc blades to any bolt pattern, in-house, for a custom fit and rapid delivery nationwide.
Our in-house disc blade assembly line uses state-of-the-art press technology to combine high-quality PEER bearings, housings and disc blades, creating complete disc blade assemblies ready to fit on a planter or cultivator.
Our range includes hub assemblies to suit every agricultural need, including Xtreme Duty bearings for the toughest soil conditions.
