2. A Wearparts representative will review your submission.

3. If approved, return instructions and/or shipping information will be provided.

4. Returned products will be inspected upon receipt.

5. Credit, replacement, or warranty determination will be processed accordingly.

• Customers may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Returns requested after 30 days may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.

• Wearparts will cover return shipping costs if the return is the result of our error, including incorrect or defective parts.

• NO RETURNS ON SPECIAL ORDERS.

• All returns and warranty claims are subject to inspection upon receipt. Credit is not guaranteed on all warranty claims. After careful evaluation, Wearparts will determine the amount of credit, if any, to be issued.

• If products are returned due to suspected failure or warranty concerns, freight charges may become the responsibility of the customer depending on inspection results. If the parts pass inspection and the customer would like the product returned, the customer is responsible for arranging and covering return freight.

• Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to Wearparts error or an approved warranty claim. Freight charges may include residential delivery, liftgate service, and other accessorial fees, which will be passed on to the customer when applicable.

• Please allow up to four weeks for credit to be applied to your account or issued by check. This timeframe includes transit time, inspection and processing time, and refund or credit processing.
